NavFile’s technology services division provides technology solutions including custom email accounts and addresses. Our email solutions are currently in a preliminary stage at this time; however, we plan on proving an email setup service that includes the creation of a custom email address on your own domain.

The following is our planned email service offering:

  • Full setup of a custom email address and account (5 email addresses included). Optimization of email settings to improve security and delivery of emails.
  • 30 minute phone or video conference to go over your new custom email account and help with setup of your devices.
  • Custom domain creation ($8.99 for a .com through our preferred provider NameSilo).
  • Choice of a service provider including Zoho, Google G Suite/Gmail for Business, and other providers.
  • Zoho offers a free account level with 5 GB of storage per email address. Limited to sending and reading emails through their web app and mobile apps.
  • Zoho, our preferred provider, has a paid monthly email service ranging from $1 to $4 per month per account. Paid options have more features and increased storage. $3/month plan includes access to Zoho’s other applications.
  • 3 months of full support by email, phone, or video conference.
  • Paid email service providers will also provide support based on their plans.
  • Non-priority support by NavFile after 3 months on a case-by-case basis.
  • Our goal is to make sure that you have a quality email solution that works for you.

Our one-time service charge for this service is planned to be $49.

  • $49 one-time service setup charge
  • $8.99 .com domain through Namesilo. Yearly cost that will be charged every year. Other domain TLD (endings) cost more.
  • Optional email service charge through paid providers. Zoho is $1 to $4 a month per account that is charged yearly.
